Can I download the app to any phone?

You can download the MINCKA App on any recent device. We support both Android and iOS.

Why should I use the app?

We have created the app to enhance your experience with MINCKA. When using our app in our locations, you will receive points for your orders, which you can redeem on future purchases!

We might also send exclusive special offers via the app, so keep an eye out. You will be the first to hear about our latest news and have access to exclusive events and special promotions.

We hope you enjoy using the features designed to improve and simplify your experience with us. We welcome suggestions on other ways you would like to use the app.

Where can I see what I've previously spent at MINCKA?

You can view all of your account activity in the My Activity section of your profile tab. Tap on your profile picture from the homepage to view your profile page.

MINCKA App Terms

These Terms are important, so please read them carefully. They apply to your activities on the MINCKA application ("MINCKA"). Part 1 will always apply when you use the app, while Part 2 only applies when you log into the app.

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app. When you click to accept the Terms, you are legally bound by them. You can access these Terms at any time within the app.

The MINCKA mobile application is owned and operated by MINCKA LTD, who acts as the controller of all stored data. PepperHQ Ltd operates as a data processor for the MINCKA App.

  • Register to use the MINCKA app.

  • Attempt to check in at our locations.

  • Register your payment details.

  • Upload a profile photo.
